Hey, guys!!! It’s almost the end of the first week of summer, and it has been a week since school got out. So, how is your summer going? Mine is going good so far. Today was the last day of volleyball camp at the high school. It was a tough week, and I’m really sore, but it’s okay. Anyway, what have you been doing since the summer started and what do you plan on doing? Leave me a comment and tell me!!!!

Today is the last day of school!!! I am happy and at the same time I am really sad. I will miss my teachers and friends. This year has been a blast. I have made tons of new friends and I have met awesome teachers. I also can’t wait for eighth grade!!! It will be so much fun to be in the highest grade!!! Anyway,my favorite thing about this year was making new friends and having new teachers. My favorite movie this year was Twilight. I didn’t have a favorite song, there was too many!!! I don’t have a favorite book, either. I like WAY to many books to choose one. Anyway, this school year has been awesome and I will never forget it!!!!

What is hope exactly?What I think hope is, is something you want REALLY badly. So bad, that you hope that you will get it. I hope for a lot of things. I hope I have an awesome summer vacation. I hope I get good grades in eighth grade. I hope I can find my way around the high school. I also hope I make the volleyball team next year. I hope that I see all of my friends next year, I hope I get teachers that I like. I hope that I have an awesome eighth grade year!!!!!! I hope I will see my teachers from this year next year. I hope that my friends have an awesome summer break and an awesome eighth grade year. I hope for a lot of things!!!

I LOVE to watch movies. It is a lot of fun to go to the theater and see new movies, too. I just saw the movie Star Trek last friday, and I recommend you go see it!!! It is a great movie!!! Anyway, my favorite movie of all time is Twilight. It is an awesome movie, in my opinion. Some other movies I want to see are: Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, Hannah Montana: The Movie, and 17 Again. There have been a LOT of challlenges this year in the 2009 Student Blogging Contest. But, I am glad that I did them because they have taught me a LOT about blogging. The challenges have taught me ways to communicate with other people around the world by commenting on their blogs. I would take part in other challenges because it would give me a way to improve my blog and get other people to visit it. I liked doing the challenges this year and learning about blogging!!!!

As you guys probably know, the school year is almost over. And, my seventh grade year at Hayes Middle School will be over soon. This year has gone by FAST!!! It seems like just yesterday we were wandering around in the halls trying to find our classes, and trying to open our lockers on the first day of school. The biggest surprise that happened this year was when I found out that the principal of the school was going to the high school. My achievement that I am most proud is that I never got ISS this year!!! My wackiest moment that I did this year was when we made cell projects in science, my partner and I used Jell-O in our cell. I am going to miss seventh grade. The thing I am going to miss the most would be my teachers. I am also looking forward to the summer and going into eighth grade!! I am excited to go into eighth grade because I will be in the top grade!!!! Anyway, I am going to miss my friends that I made this year and am looking forward to next year!!! It is VERY important to reduce, reuse, and recycle!!! Our school (Hayes Middle School) is a green school so we reduce, reuse, and recycle. We recycle our paper and water bottles. We also have a green team that makes our school green. Every year we have an event at our schol called the Greener Delta. the Greener Delta teaches people to be green and we also have lots of events like the solar car race.
